D.J., Dancing and Seminars

I was invited to a seminar last week.
I was invited by a friend who I hadn’t seen in almost 5 years

I hadn’t seen him since my daughter’s “Sweet 16″ birthday party.
My wife had spoken to him several times over the phone and
he was always polite and friendly, so she decided to invite him.

The party was a big lavish affair in a fancy, rented catering hall
with lots of food and drink, a D.J., dancing, a videographer.

The minimum requirement by the catering place was 75 people.
We didn’t know that many of my daughter’s friends and didn’t
know how many of my daughter’s friends would show up
(since it was strictly dress-up and RSVP only).

Only a handful of RSVP’s were returned to us and we didn’t
want the room to look empty, so that’s why my wife invited my friend.

We rented a big stretch limo to take my daughter and family to the party
and arrived fashionably late.

When we get there, instead of the half empty room we were expecting,
a Couple HUNDRED teenagers were hanging around outside, trying
to get inside. Since it was strictly RSVP only, if your name wasn’t
on the RSVP list, you were turned away.

It was a freakin’ madhouse - madness personified with a hundred teens
told they couldn’t come in. There were so many gate crashers someone
called the cops who came and dispersed the (near riot) crowd.

My friend and his wife showed up late, but bearing gifts.
However by this time, we had far exceeded the 75 dinners
that we had paid for and had no more room in the banquet hall.

My wife apologized to my friend (and his new wife) and told them
we were overcrowded, there was no more room and they wouldn’t
be able to come in.

My friend was cool about it and said, no problem, they would just go
out to dinner instead. Now, my friend had RSVP’ed, got all dressed up,
traveled all the way from Brooklyn to Queens, (about a good hour drive),
brought a gift and my wife tells them they couldn’t come in.
I’m still upset about it to this day.

Anyway, I hadn’t spoken to my friend since the party (5 years ago).
So, when he sent me an invitation to a seminar, I decided to go.

Just so you know, I don’t go to seminars anymore.
I use to be in every MLM program known to man and have been
to enough seminars to last me a lifetime… NO MORE!

So I figured I’d go to this one, just to catch up on old times.
To my surprise, what I learned at the seminar was mindblowing.
It was about a new way to pay off your home mortgage early.

An average homeowner can actually save a couple Hundred Thousand
Dollars in interest payments on their mortgage, without changing their
lifestyle. That’s why I’ve been writing about mortgage reduction the
last couple days.

To truly understand how powerful this strategy is,
you have to watch the video which explains everything in detail.

If you know anyone who would like to save a couple hundred thousand
in interest and pay off their mortgage 20 years earlier,
watch the video:
