I have a confession to make.
When I started this blog a little over a year ago, I did it for 3 reasons:

1) To Make Money
2) To challenge myself to learn about student loans and financial aid
since I have 2 children in private colleges (at a tuition cost of $66,000+ per year).
3) To educate YOU to avoid some of the financial pitfalls that I have made.

To be honest with you, reason #1 was a bust. The blog did not generate the income
I was expecting. But, I did learn to generate Tens of Thousands of Dollars
in financial aid for my kids in college.

And I did pass the information on to you, the intelligent reader.

An interesting thing happened along the way. When the money didn’t materialize,
I kept writing the blog anyway. Why? Because I felt like it. Oddly enough, although
it wasn’t the cash cow I was hoping for, it still generates over 3,000 hits a month…

over 25,000 hits over the past year and growing at an exponential rate.
All this with no advertising.

So I stopped writing to try and make money and just write whatever is on my mind.
Lucky You - because now, this is now going to pay off for you … Big Time!
The information I am about to reveal to you, has made many people a Lot of Money.

Some of you will take the information, apply it, and make hundreds or thousands
or possibly Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars.

And others… well, those others are going to remain losers no matter what I
or anybody else ever teaches them. For them it’s another 365 pages of Doom,

You spend 30 minutes a day just brushing your teeth, combing your hair and

Get up 30 minutes earlier or go to bed 30 minutes later or give up 30 minutes of TV.
Stop wasting 30 minutes of your precious time thinking about doom and gloom.

I’m saying you only have to give up 30 minutes a day to give yourself
a 1,000 time better shot at mega-prosperity. That is what you want, isn’t it?

And another reason most of you won’t do the assignment is not enough money, right?

Wrong! Sorry… that reason is not going to fly here either because the money involved
will probably amount to about $0.00 (ZERO), or up to $39 depending on how fast
you want to generate your prosperity.

Even a homeless bum on the street can come up with $0.00 dollars and 30 minutes.
Yea, yea I know it’s not politically correct to say that… Tuff turd!
